This is a 4 tube over the shoulder missile launcher, due to the bulk and weight is usually carried in place of other heavy weapons. The limited ammo capacity must be weighed against the amount of damage a single can do to an area when making a decision for a unit. The Slam-30 is more commonly found with mercenaries than with Imperial troops.

Light missiles are considered 10th level for effect, weigh 5 pounds each, and have a range of 80/240/800 if not a special extended range model. Multiple missiles hitting the same area do not increase damage, but do increase save difficulty (if the same type) or add energy types to overcome resistance (if different types – always use the type the target is least resistant to).
