Description:

Robots are a technological version of a Clockwork or Golem. Since Pathfinder already made an extensive set of Clockworks there’s no reason to make a large set of new rules, just use the closest clockwork to the desired robot and make any changes necessary.

Drone 2,000 credits
The most basic form is the Drone with a cost of 2,000 credits it will do all sorts of menial tasks, but has no real skills (if there is a question it is treated as having 2D in any skill, but can never do complex tasks). They are common in all areas doing things from cleaning houses to moving parts. A drone is relatively weak (can haul 20 lb or tow/drag 60 lb) and slow (move 20 ft), but many people find them useful to have around. (Drones are the mechanical equivelant of an unseen servant, but are visible). AR: 0, HP: 3/6/9

AR 6, HP 40/80/120, Move 30, Darkvision 60 ft, Lowlight Vision, Reflexes 13, Awareness 2D+2, Lifting 4D, Melee 6D+2 (18 bludgeon damage base), Fragmentation Blast (20 ft radius, reflexes 12 for half damage, 36 piercing base damage, carries 10 fragmentation loads).

Surveillance Drone 1,250 Credits
(Tiny size), AR 0, HP 3/6/9, Move 30/Fly 30, Darkvision 60 ft, low light vision, Awareness 3D, Stealth 5D+2, Sensory recorder, personal communicator, self destruct (5 damage to self and 2 damage in a 1 ft radius, reflexes 6 for half).

Brute Drone 29,000 Credits
(Large size) AR 8, HP 35/70/105, Move 50, Darkvision 60 ft, Low Light Vision, Melee 6D+2 (15 base bludgeon damage), Stomp (Reflex save 17 to avoid, bludgeon damage 13), Lifting 6D+2

Advanced Brute 33,500 Credits
(Large Size) AR 8, HP 45/90/135, Move 50, Darkvision 60 ft, Lowlight vision, Melee 7D+1 (17 base bludgeon damage), Stomp (reflexes save 19 to avoid, bludgeon damage 15), Lifting 7D+1, Advanced Brutes include one Mounted Weapon (7D+1 skill if melee, 5D+1 skill if Projectile or Artillery). Weapon cost is added to cost of Drone but doesn’t take up a hand (shoulder mounted).

Mauler Drone 105,000 Credits
(Large Size) AR 18, HP 50/100/150, Move 20, Darkvision 60 ft, Lowlight Vision, Lifting 8D, Melee 9D+1 (20 bludgeon damage base), Missile System (10 shots, 1,000 ft range, Reflexes 12 for half damage, 60 fire damage base, 20 ft radius).

Destroyer Drone 150,000 Credits
(Large Size) AR 20, HP 60/120/180, Move 20, Darkvision 60 ft, Lowlight Vision, Lifting 9D+1, Melee 11D+1 (21 bludgeon damage base), Missile System (10 shots, 1,000 ft range, Reflexes 12 for half damage, 60 fire damage base, 20 ft radius).

(Large size – 12 ft tall, 2,000 lb) AR 15, HP 70/140/210, Move 30, Darkvision 60 ft, Lowlight vision, Lifting 5D+1, Awareness 2D+2, Melee 11D+2 (17 bludgeon damage base) Projectiles 10D+2 (24 Piercing base, 100/300/1,000 range, 20 shots)

Infantry robots are commonly assigned as partners to police on patrol (usually equipped with recording equipment, communicators, and both a stun and lethal weapon).

Gun Bot 300,000 Credits
(Gargantuan Size – 45 ft tall, 100 tons) AR 22, HP 100/200/300, Move 40, Darkvision 60 ft, low light vision, Reflexes 22, Melee 15D+2 (34 base bludgeon damage), Projectiles 11D+2 (36 base piercing damage, range 100/300/1,000) Stomp does 34 bludgeon damage (reflexes 37 to avoid), Self Destruct (20 foot radius does 60 slashing and 60 fire damage Reflexes 20 for 1/2 damage).

Combat robots have skill that can’t be matched, but lacking cognitive reasoning they often fail when not commanded by sentient troops.
